Arbitration

Patty’s experience as an arbitrator and as an advocate has focused on contract claims, including international disputes, and matters involving partnerships, closely held companies, real estate, lending, and securities claims.

She also is on the American Arbitration Association’s health care panel, where she regularly serves on cases involving hospitals and practice groups; management companies and individual physicians in recruitment, practice dissolution and terminations; antitrust; equipment and software performance; and finance. She often handles payor-provider matters.

Patty has extensive experience with noncompetition agreements and with emergency measures such as temporary restraining orders and injunctions.
