Commercial Litigation

Patty has represented banks, borrowers, investors, commercial property owners and executives in disputes involving contracts and warranties, defaults and deficiencies, leveraged buyouts, portfolio sales, loan servicing, subordination, securities, and lender liability.  She has extensive experience with partnership claims and management deadlocks, fiduciary breaches, business torts, the DTPA, defamation, commercial lease disputes, and executive compensation.

Patty has prosecuted and defended dozens of trade secret misappropriation, noncompetition and unfair practices cases in multiple industries, including oil and gas, computer, health care, banking, finance, manufacturing and distribution, and logistics.

She has extensive experience with parallel civil and criminal litigation on behalf of corporate victims, commercial bribery, cybercrimes,  embezzlement, and related insurance claims.
